Description:

          VT77 intelligent radar liquid level gauge is suitable for the measurement of working condition of blast furnace, thick roof tank and high install short pipe, the measuring range is 35 meters.

   Microwave emited by guided wave radar transmit through detecting element( steel rod or steel cable) and encounter the measured medium,owing to the bielectric constant change suddenly,the microwave occur changed shape that result in reflection,parts of pulse energy are reflected.transmission pulse and echo pulse time interval are proportional to measured medium.

  Micro wave pulses generated by the electronic units are emitted and received by the antenna system. The radar waves of the pulses travel at the velocity of light. The fling time is converted into level signal via the electronic units. A special time extending method can make sure the stable and accurate measurement within extremely short time.

Even under the more complicated working conditions with false echoes, the real level echoes can be recognized and identified by the latest microprocessing technology and debugging software
